![]() Now maybe you haven't heard, but I'm the guy in old Archive. I'll certainly bite the bullet and check it since I got it right now. I remember the trailers and seeing all that Mad Max looking shit and just wasn't all that hip with it. I think me and him will watch it together later. My dad watched some of it and said he just lost interest to watch it before anything good happened it seemed. I was too busy doing something stupid like reading a book. Well, we loaned the DVD from a friend a couple days ago when we had no cable but I've yet to try it out. I was livid when T3 showed all that in the trailers and it turned out that was it. I'd honestly say it's worth watching just for the few good scenes in the movie (such as the T1 Arnold showing up). Theres just no real tension whenever the T-X appears because basically Arnie just bitch slaps her off the screen every time. I cant take him seriously when he uses it unless he is batmanĪlso I kinda liked T3. And then they end up killing the new character who actually could have been quite interesting.Ĭhristian Bale is always in his Batman voice in this though Trouble is they spent all this time introducing a new character and the new universe and there isn't 1 solid villian until MOTHERFUCKING OLD SCHOOL ARNIE turns up for 5 minutes. Hey! it's got Christian Bale in so it's good! Sorry for the bump but MSN convo with my mate:Īlso watched Terminator Salvation finally So hows about you just shit snow for a year and I'll figure out something else. I'll certainly see T4/TS at some point, but in the mean time, get me when they have a 'future war' Terminator film that looks like the future war sequences in the original movies, and/or Amds' videos. The reason for their existence is to give contrast to my ego. They are all the ways I could have lived my life, but didn't. Er, I mean, typed.Īll of humanity is of my creation. I do wish he would have tried to buy the rights years back or when they just recently came up for sale buy them, so he could have just laid it to rest and stopped it from becoming shit.Ĭomment: Is my new life a reward for the one I led? I really shouldn't have blamed Cameron there, as he probably didn't have any control of what happened to that francise after he left. Well he had to sell it to Orion Pictures for a dollar back in 1984 just to get them to actually release the first film. Is that what happened? he sold the terminator rights off? Someone needs to travel back in time and stop James Cameron from selling off the Terminator rights in the first place. Ignore the rest, and save yourself from the mediocrity. The Terminator story begins with T1 and ends with T2. Get rid of the big transformers looking robotsĬomment: Former Co-Admin and all around asshole. I bought it on dVD and happy to own it but there were problems with it The highlight of the film for me was seeing arnold, I love these movies but do think it was the weakest one New user registration is currently closed RoboCop Archive :: View topic - Terminator 4: Salvation
